Official Terms and Conditions. Version 1.0, August 2026
1. The Promoter
This promotion is organised and promoted by The Premiere Kitchen Painting Co. ("the Promoter"), the trading name of Jamie Comer, a sole trader.

2. The Promotion
To celebrate the opening of our new showroom, The Premiere Kitchen Painting Co. is offering one homeowner the opportunity to receive up to £2,500 towards an eligible kitchen transformation.
The promotion is intended for homeowners who are genuinely considering transforming their kitchen through one or more of the services offered by The Premiere Kitchen Painting Co..
3. Promotion Period
The promotion opens on the published launch date. It will close at the earlier of:
- 11:59pm on 30 November 2026, or
- when 75 qualifying quotation requests have been accepted,
whichever occurs first. Once the promotion has closed, no further entries will be accepted.
No purchase is necessary. Requesting a quotation is free, does not oblige you to buy anything, and you do not need to accept a quotation to be entered into the draw.
4. Eligibility
To enter this promotion you must:
- be aged 18 years or over
- own the property concerned, or have the express permission of the property owner
- be located within The Premiere Kitchen Painting Co.'s normal operating area
- submit a genuine quotation request for an eligible kitchen transformation
- complete all mandatory questions
- provide accurate contact details
- upload a minimum of three clear photographs of the kitchen
Only one entry per household or property will be accepted.
Employees of The Premiere Kitchen Painting Co. and members of their immediate family are not eligible.
5. Qualifying Entries
Submission of an enquiry does not automatically create a qualifying entry. To qualify, the Promoter must reasonably determine that the enquiry:
- relates to services offered by The Premiere Kitchen Painting Co.
- contains sufficient information to prepare a quotation
- falls within the Company's operating area
- is considered a genuine enquiry
The Promoter reserves the right to reject incomplete, duplicate, misleading or fraudulent entries.
6. The Prize
One winner will receive up to £2,500 (including VAT) towards an eligible kitchen transformation. Eligible services are:
- Kitchen respraying
- Replacement kitchen doors
- Combination kitchen transformations
The maximum prize value is £2,500.
- If the successful entrant has already completed and paid for an eligible kitchen transformation during the promotional period, the Promoter will refund up to £2,500.
- If the successful entrant has accepted a quotation but work has not yet been completed, up to £2,500 will be deducted from the final agreed contract value.
- If the total contract value is less than £2,500, the project will be completed free of charge. No remaining balance will be paid in cash.
- If the contract exceeds £2,500, the winner must pay the remaining balance.
The prize has no cash alternative, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service.
7. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries. The draw will take place within 7 days of the promotion closing. The Promoter's decision is final.
8. Contacting and Publishing the Winner
The winner will be contacted using the telephone number and email address supplied on the quotation request. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another qualifying entrant.
The surname and county of the winner will be available for 8 weeks after the draw by writing to the Promoter at the address in section 1. Entrants may object to their surname and county being published, in which case the Promoter will supply the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request instead.
9. Prize Redemption
The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of the draw. After this period the prize will expire.
10. Surveys and Suitability
All projects remain subject to survey, suitability, access, material availability and scheduling. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse works where a kitchen is considered unsuitable for the requested service.
11. Scheduling
Winning the promotion does not guarantee immediate commencement. All works will be scheduled in accordance with The Premiere Kitchen Painting Co.'s normal diary availability.
12. Existing Conditions
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for defects arising from previous workmanship, moisture ingress, structural movement, substrate failure, existing damage, or any other defect outside the agreed scope of works.
13. Delays
Whilst every effort will be made to complete works within agreed timescales, the Promoter shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, illness, supplier delays, transport issues, vehicle breakdown, utility failures and other unforeseen events.
14. No Contract
Entering this promotion or requesting a quotation does not create a contract for services. Any works remain subject to written quotation, acceptance by both parties, and The Premiere Kitchen Painting Co.'s standard terms of business.
15. Marketing and Privacy
Personal information will only be used for administering this promotion and preparing quotations. Marketing communications will only be sent where consent has been given, and marketing consent is not a condition of entry. Entrants may withdraw marketing consent at any time. 16. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries, reject fraudulent entries, remove duplicate entries, amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary, and substitute another winner where required under these Terms.
Nothing within these Terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
